Beaches International Jazz Festival Vendor Applications

Calling All Food and General Merchandise Vendors!

If you're eager to be a part of the vibrant atmosphere at the Beaches International Jazz Festival, we invite you to showcase your offerings as a food or general merchandise vendor. This is your opportunity to join an incredible celebration of music, culture, and community!

Application Process:

To participate, vendors are required to complete the following: 

  1. Food Vendors: To qualify as a food vendor, please ensure that the Vendor Registration Form is completed in full. Submit the form for approval. Each individual vendor chosen to participate in the Festival will be responsible to meet the local Department of Health rules and regulations for their food service to the public. Each vendor is responsible for their own individual expenses incurred in the setting up and the operating of their food booth including their own liability insurance. A copy of your insurance policy must be submitted to the festival in order to get final approval to attend the festival. Then, you must purchase a VENDOR PERMIT from here.

  2. General Merchandise Vendors: Complete the Vendor Registration Form and submit Uploads for consideration. Then, you must purchase a VENDOR PERMIT from here.

Upload your pictures in PNG or Jpeg format. This might  be used on the Beaches Jazz Festival website. Failure to upload will result in your truck or booth not being included on our marketing initiatives. Booth Pictures MUST be labeled “Company Name Booth Picture”.

General Liability Coverage: $2,000,000, Naming “Beaches Jazz Festival Society” as additional insured. If you currently don’t have insurance coverage that extends to the summer festival season, upload a current insurance certificate and then email “” with the new certificate when it becomes available. Beaches Jazz Festival Name MUST be included in the file name. Example: "ABC Beaches Jazz Insurance".

Upload your logo in PNG or Jpeg format. This picture/ logo might be used on the Beaches Jazz Festival website. Failure to upload will result in your truck not being included on our marketing initiatives.

Liability Release

In consideration of the acceptance of this application and permission to participate as Vendor with Beaches Jazz Festival, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, waive and forever discharge Beaches Jazz Festival staff, board, volunteers, and suppliers, and all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and all their respective agents, officials, servants, contractors, representatives, volunteers, staff, elected and appointed officials, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as an Exhibitor, spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event, AND NOTHWITHSTANDING that the same may have been contributed to, or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid.

I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE to HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from against any all liability incurred by any or all of them as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said event. BY SUBMITTING THIS ENTRY, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY. I WARRANT that I am physically fit to participate in this event.

Refund Policy
If a Food Truck/ Vendor cancels their application with less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the festival they have registered for, then that Food Truck/ Vendor will not be entitled to a refund. 

*All refunds will be made back on to the original credit card used during the application process.
