Montreal’s own Nomadic Massive quickly established itself as a group of premier performers and skilled musicians.  The hip-hop group finds its inspiration in the traditions of the past combining live instrumentation, musical samples and a wide array of vocal styles.  Having shared the stage with such notable artists as Wyclef Jean, K’naan and Guru’s Jazzmatazz, Nomadic Massive is both multilingual and multicultural and is known for its energetic and crowd-moving live shows.  The group has left its mark on the international stage by functioning as musical ambassadors, initiating socio-cultural exchanges with like-minded artists such as Z’Africa Brasil from Sao Paolo, Brazil.  The band’s highly anticipated debut album Nomads Land received critical acclaim, which led to a second self-titled album, Nomadic Massive.  The album reflects the group’s diversity and their ever-evolving ability to filter musical influences into a unique sound.
