| Brock Stonefish |
|
(Jazz, Blues, Rock and R&B) |
| 2007 StreetFest @ Beach Public Library, KEW Gardens E. Entrance |

For over 15 years Brock Stonefish has performed Traditional Native American Song & Dance at Pow-Wows and Political / Non-Political Demonstrations across the Globe. His ancestral music has also taken him to class rooms promoting cultural awarness to defeat racial stereotypes within institutions ranging from grade level public schools to Ivy League Universities, such as the prestigious Harvard Unitversity.

Stonefish has recently played 4 shows at Peterborough Ontario's first ever Downtown Bluesfest. In addition, opening for 14 time Grammy Winner B.B. King with an acoustic blues set in March 2006, would be known to be the highest honor yet.

Stonefish is currently preparing for a performance on Season Two of REZ BLUES which airs on APTN, BRAVO (Canada),and SUNTV. He will also be taking stage with two time JUNO Nominee Billy Joe Green for the second time within a year. Breaking away from pursuing a solo career as a performing singer / songwriter, Stonefish will be performing with an all new band with foundations in the Boston's Blues scene. Playing lead and rhythm guitar, Stonefish recorded Shor-ty's Got The Blues, as well as performed with Boston R&B hero and Doo-Op Hall of Fame inductee Little Joe Cook.

Within the last ten years, Brock Stonefish has taken upon the modern music aspect of playing guitar, singing Jazz, Blues, Rock, and R&B. "Performing original material has been most rewarding," recollects Stonefish, "knowing that it has had a positive impact on those close to me."

The Beaches International Jazz Festival is excited to have Brockfish and looks forward to his performance at the Beach Public Library, KEW Gardens East Entrance.
