Over the previous seven years, the Beaches International Jazz Festival had built it's own recipe for success. And the 8th annual event was the perfect time to unveil the secrets of its success! First, we start heaping helping of talent - the featured musicians proved that through out Jazz Week along street corners and on the main stage. Bill King (MC) helps make sure the quality of this ingredient is top notch. Next add a dash of inventiveness - the stuff that makes jazz in the beaches stand out as one of the summer's best events! Another key ingredient is the community - residents of the Beaches and a wide range of community organizations who pitch in to create a warm welcome for friends, neighbours and visitors. And for extra spice, add in our sponsors and government supporters, who provide some of the financial and other assistance to arrange all of the other ingredients. And last, but not least, the final ingredient is YOU!!! The most important ingredient that make the annual Beaches Jazz Festivals such a success again and again. |
