We acknowledge and thank our sponsors for their generous support.

Our sponsors make it possible to stage our Festival as a FREE event year after year and invite hundreds of thousands of people to listen to the sounds of jazz on the street and on stage. Our sponsors help us celebrate the City, its people and its music talent. Our sponsors help us make our event a magnet and an ambassador for tourists visiting the City. For all this we are very thankful!

Mill Street Brewery is East Toronto's first commercial brewery to open in more than 100 years, producing handcrafted beers and ales in the historic Corktown area of the city.

Veteran Brewmaster Michael Duggan, along with chef Jeffery Cooper and financial analyst Steve Abrams, founded the brewery in 2002. All three partners shared the dream of reviving East Toronto’s proud brewing heritage, while joining in the neighbourhood's cultural renaissance.

Officially opened in December 2002, the brewery is housed in an original tankhouse within the historic Gooderham & Worts Distillery complex, now known as the Historic Distillery District. Built in the late 1870s, the building is a well-preserved example of classic Victorian industrial architecture. Mill Street’s 6,000-sq.-ft. space includes an open-concept brewery, sampling bar, retail store and event space. The venue features 18-ft. ceilings and four enormous skylights, and is available for private functions.

Funny you should ask. Our name comes from the yellow-footed rock wallaby, a smaller cousin of the kangaroo that has a golden tail.
There’s a story behind our little mascot. We were looking up "kangaroo" in a textbook when we came across a technical description of a wallaby. In the margin, alongside the Latin derivation of the name, was the Australian version in brackets. [yellow tail]. The brackets set it apart, and lowercase lettering kept it unpretentious. We thought that was a perfect name for our wines, and it stuck.
If you choose to drink alcohol, its important to us that you do it wisely. You knowin moderation, within legal limits, and only under safe conditions. In other words, please enjoy [yellow tail] responsibly.
